We are seeking an enthusiastic Dental Assistant with a passion for helping patients achieve better breathing, sleeping, and overall well-being. You’ll work side-by-side with providers to deliver customized treatment solutions focused on TMJ and airway health, while ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit. Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $18 – $27/hour based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Educate patients during each appointment and provide post-treatment instructions
  • Assist providers during a variety of treatment procedures
  • Conduct comprehensive examinations and collect patient data
  • Take dental radiographs/CT scans (x-rays)
  • Maintain accurate and detailed chart notes
  • Prepare, sterilize, and manage instruments and equipment to meet infection control standards
  • Set up and break down operatories before and after treatment
  • Learn and operate state-of-the-art dental technology
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional patient experiences
  • Perform various administrative or office tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Radiology Certificate required
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new technology
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and patient service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and dedicated
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused

Compensation

$17 – $27 hourly
