Dental Assistant with

We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our patient-focused team. This role involves working across multiple locations — including Pike Creek Dental, Naamans Dental, and Wahl Family Dentistry — so flexibility and a willingness to travel between offices are essential. You’ll work closely with dentists and hygienists to ensure seamless operations and a comfortable experience for every patient. Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $18 – $27/hour based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort
  • Assist dentists during procedures
  • Take dental x-rays as directed
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and treatment areas
  • Answer patient questions about procedures and oral health
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace

Qualifications

  • DE Radiology Certification (X-ray license for the State of Delaware) required
  • Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
  • Strong chairside manners and patient communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel between Pike Creek Dental, Naamans Dental, and Wahl Family Dentistry; must be comfortable working at different offices as needed

Compensation

$18 – $27 hourly
