We are searching for a high-energy, relationship-driven Director of Growth to accelerate our agent recruitment strategy and position THG as the brokerage of choice for top independent agents and teams. This role is ideal for a proven recruiter or business developer who thrives on strategy, relationship-building, and closing high-impact opportunities.

The Director of Growth will own and drive THG’s agent recruitment engine, leveraging our eight-stage recruiting journey, advanced CRM, and leadership team support to attract and retain high-character, high-producing real estate professionals. This leader will design and execute innovative recruitment campaigns, create a collegiate-style “Official Visit” candidate experience, and ensure our pipeline is always filled with quality prospects who align with THG’s culture and values.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable designing strategy and getting in the trenches to build deep, trust-based relationships with prospective agents.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary + Heavily Incentivized Bonuses
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110,000 – $125,000

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Design, manage, and continuously refine THG’s 8-Step Recruiting Process.
  • Establish annual/quarterly recruitment goals tied to transaction revenue growth.
  • Develop personalized recruitment campaigns in partnership with THG leadership and marketing.

Pipeline Management & Execution

  • Build and manage a 30-60-90 day recruitment activity plan.
  • Conduct discovery calls, meet-and-greets, and deliver compelling value presentations.
  • Track, analyze, and report funnel metrics (contacts, appointments, visits, offers, and onboardings).

Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with top prospects, offering insights and support before they sign.
  • Engage THG leadership at key recruitment stages to add expertise and credibility.
  • Represent THG at industry events, masterminds, and community functions.

Marketing & Branding Collaboration

  • Partner with the CMO to craft compelling recruitment collateral, landing pages, and campaigns.
  • Capture and promote agent success stories through video testimonials and case studies.

Data, Systems & Compliance

  • Maintain CRM integrity, templates, and automations.
  • Forecast recruitment impacts on brokerage revenue and staffing.
  • Ensure all recruiting practices meet compliance and fair housing requirements.

Team Leadership & Alignment

  • Lead and coach the ISA team on daily recruitment activity and THG’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Champion THG’s culture and core values in every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate recruiting, business development, or high-performance sales.
  • Proven record of meeting aggressive growth and recruitment targets.
  • Strong understanding of independent agent and team business models.
  • CRM/ATS proficiency with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Idaho real estate license is preferred.

  • Optimize THG’s 8-Step Recruiting Process.
  • Build a signature “Official Visit” candidate experience.
  • Launch recruitment content engine (videos, case studies).
  • Align onboarding and retention processes with operations.
  • Recruit 50+ high-quality agents in the first year.

Compensation

$110,000 – $125,000
