You’ll review legal documents prepared by our paralegal team, ensuring accuracy and compliance before filing. What we offer:

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Review pleadings, complaints, motions, and legal filings
• Ensure accuracy and compliance before filing
• Provide guidance to the paralegal team
• Conduct legal research as needed
• Support litigation strategy
• Assist with hearings as opportunities arise

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney or eligible for New Mexico reciprocity
• 3+ years of debt collection law experience
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to thrive in a remote environment
• Bankruptcy or foreclosure experience is a plus

Compensation

$80,000 – $100,000 base salary
