Linzee Ciprani

Ciprani Consulting was launched out of Linzee Ciprani’s home shortly after she left a position managing one of the top real estate teams in Pennsylvania (2014). Ciprani Consulting was quickly born once several successful local businesses sought Linzee’s help in hiring and training their next administrative assistant. The team at Ciprani Consulting has now successfully hired, trained, consulted, and coached for team members at all levels of an organization, from leadership to sales and support. We are excited to help you find and train your next talented team member.

Steve Ciprani

Steve Ciprani joined Ciprani Consulting full-time in 2018 after a distinguished academic career. Under the combined leadership of Steve and founder Linzee Ciprani, the firm experienced exponential growth from 2021 to 2023, earning recognition on the Inc. 5000 list as one of North America’s fastest-growing talent agencies.

Steve is known for his significant expertise in strategic hiring, leadership development, and operational efficiency. He emphasizes the importance of building high-performing teams, implementing systems-driven processes, and designing sustainable growth strategies for businesses looking to scale.

As the founder and co-host of The Leader Formula podcast, Steve shares his insights on leadership and growth with a wide audience. He is also an Exactly What to Say™ Certified Guide, trained by renowned speaker Phil M. Jones, equipping him with proven language tools for influencing and empowering others.

Allyssia Cullen

Allyssia (Lyssi) Cullen joined the Ciprani Consulting team in 2017. She has a background in administration, operations, and being the “go-to” person to keep things running. After five years as a recruiter, Lyssi transitioned to a role focusing on operations and billing. She focuses on crossing all the Ts and dotting all the Is. In her spare time, she enjoys walking in nature, cross stitching, and trying to keep her coffee from getting knocked over by her son or cat.

Bridgett Criswell

Bridgett started with Linzee Ciprani’s real estate team as an executive assistant in 2020 before transitioning to Ciprani Consulting in 2021. With a background in marketing and hands-on experience with supporting a successful team, Bridgett knows exactly what a team needs to thrive. When she’s not working, Bridgett enjoys baking new recipes, working on her cardio, and watching Rom-Coms.

Drew Parris

Drew is a seasoned salesman with over 20 years of experience in sales, customer service, and hospitality. As a top producing listing agent with Keller Williams, he has experienced Real Estate at every level and within every market. He loves spending time with his wife Barbara and his two children.

Lyndsay Ting

Lyndsay (Si) provides support for our sales team. She is the queen of contracts, helps keep the sales team on track, and supports our clients as they partner with our business. In her free time, Lyndsay loves to watch Crime Documentaries, has an affinity for personality development, and discovers new restaurants in her area.

Sean Altea

Sean is our Tech Guru, ensuring smooth operations by mastering the technical side of our business. He excels in streamlining workflows, troubleshooting, and integrating cutting-edge technology into our processes. In his free time, Sean enjoys exploring new tech trends, staying ahead of innovations, and perfecting his craft.

Kara Shone

Kara joins Ciprani Consulting after multiple years in Higher Education, working both as an Academic Advisor and more recently as a Career Counselor. Prior to that, Kara worked almost 10 years in mental health with children and adolescents struggling with mental and behavioral health needs. Her background in psychology and career counseling make her a valued asset as a hiring consultant. Kara is often spending time with her two young children, working out, or enjoying time with friends.

Nicole Pietrzak

Nicole joins Ciprani Consulting with a recruiting background that stems from both her professional and academic career. She has a passion to understand each individual’s uniqueness and how their story has shaped them. She loves learning, growing, and challenging herself through new experiences. In her free time, Nicole loves being outside (particularly at the beach), doing yoga, and spending time with her friends, family, and dog, Malcolm.

Brandon Bullock

Brandon joins the Ciprani team with nearly a decade of experience engaging with high-level clients. Beginning his career in the political advertising arena and later transitioning to Real Estate he has been a relationship builder and a trusted client advisor from day one. As an Investment Acquisition Specialist, Inside Sales Agent and later a licensed Real Estate Agent he understands the complexities that go into building successful Real Estate teams. He is an avid fan of the Orioles and Ravens. While not working he enjoys spending time with his 3 sons, coaching baseball, going to concerts and camping trips.

Kayla Slice

Kayla was born and raised in Columbia, SC, although she’s always been a Clemson fan. She graduated from Clemson University, and holds a masters degree from Arizona State University. Her real estate career began in 2015 when she became a Buyer’s Agent on the Haro Group. In her first year, Kayla closed 30 transactions and moved into the role of Executive Assistant for the General Manager of the team. She continued to grow on the team, holding most titles and roles before finishing her time with THG as the Director of Operations, leading a team of 6 stateside and 2 virtual assistants in the Philippines. Kayla’s keen attention to detail and fierce determination help her to find win-win scenarios and solve problems. Currently, Kayla is a homeschooling and working mom. In her free time, she serves at her church, swing dances with her husband Jim, reads a variety of books, and enjoys the outdoors with her children Lula and James.

Ryan Dosen

Ryan Dosen is a business coach and consultant, leveraging expertise and a diverse background in law, real estate, recruiting, and more. Since joining in 2017, Ryan has played an integral role in growing Ciprani Consulting into the consulting and recruiting powerhouse that it is today. Ryan’s world revolves around his wife and 3 kids, and he also enjoys fishing and cheering on the Miami Hurricanes’ sports teams.

Mike Swenson

Mike got his start full-time in real estate in 2014, serving as COO growing a team of a handful of agents to the 31st largest real estate team in the United States in just 5 years. From there he launched his own team, the Elite Advantage Team, an investor-focused team serving Minnesota and Southwest Florida. He has a strong passion for helping others achieve their goals, whether it be through being on his team, building their real estate portfolio, or simply helping people breakthrough to their next success in their career. Prior to real estate, Mike served in finance and operations for a non-profit youth ministry. In his free time, you can find Mike watching/attending sporting events of all kinds, listening to podcasts, or just being outside. If you see his beautiful wife and 3 sons, just look a few feet behind, where you’ll find him attempting to carry all of their bags/luggage/snacks/supplies wherever they go.

Rebecca Vanderkolk

Rebecca is the Director of Operations for The Ramsey Group in Charlotte, NC. She began her real estate career in 2006 as a part-time event planner and grew with the team as she assumed roles in client services, transaction coordinator, executive assistant, recruiting, inside sales, coaching, training, mentoring, and now overall team management. Together, with Mark & Lisa Ramsey, she has helped grow The Ramsey Group to become a top producing, medium-sized team in the Carolinas Region with over 1M in GCI year over year. Rebecca is a Michigan native that has been in Charlotte since 2006. Her husband of 20 years is a Captain with the Charlotte Fire Department, and they have two children. In her spare time, Rebecca is an avid DIYer, and her favorite stress relief is being in the garage cutting wood for her next project. She is also an avid reader, averaging over 100 books per year.

Jeff Rega

Jeff began his real estate career as the Operations Manager for Linzee Ciprani’s team. When that team split Jeff was promoted to the Director of Operations for The How Group- Compass. Jeff was then recruited to run 3 market centers as the Director of Operations for Keller Williams West Chester, Exton and Devon-Wayne. It was there that he grew into a LABS Advisor, Market Center Tech Trainer, and became the Membership Chair for KW Young Professionals. Jeff created his own consulting company helping teams with their technology and now brings all of his experience to Ciprani Consulting. When not killing it in the business world he loves spending time with his daughter Jordan and serves as the Director for SALT Performing Arts.

Jerrica Kontos

Jerrica is seasoned operations strategist who has spent her career helping businesses create clarity, build systems, and scale with confidence. She began her journey in the real estate industry almost a decade ago as an Executive Assistant and has since led top-performing real estate teams, built independent brokerages, coached integrator/visionary partnerships, and guided leaders with multiple businesses through seasons of growth and transition.


Jerrica is an avid advocate for building businesses that support the life you want. When she’s not consulting, she can be found hiking, traveling, or volunteering in her local community.

Stella Mendoza

Stella has over 2 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in recruitment, training, and employee engagement. She is passionate about identifying and hiring top potential candidates and managing the full end-to-end recruitment process. A Certified Human Resource Associate, Stella has been exposed to diverse businesses and corporate industries, further enhancing her adaptability and understanding of various organizational needs.

Hyacinth Alvarado

Hyacinth (Hya) works with our recruiters to help find amazing talent. She assists with screening, interviewing, and general administrative support. When not working, she enjoys watching TV series and movies, as well as singing karaoke on occasion with her family.
