How Can We Help?
Employers & Hiring Managers
Ciprani Consulting helps businesses find, hire, develop, and retain great people. Our services include full-service recruiting, outbound headhunting, executive search, business consulting, and à la carte hiring support. Our goal isn't simply to help you fill a seat. We help you find the right person for the role, your culture, and where your business is going.
We recruit across a wide range of positions, from administrative and operational support to sales, management, leadership, and executive-level roles. We've worked with small and growing businesses across many industries and understand that every company's hiring needs are different.
We specialize in working with entrepreneurs, small businesses, growing organizations, and leadership teams that need great people in order to scale. Our clients span industries including real estate, financial services, professional services, home services, property management, healthcare-related businesses, hospitality, and many others.
No. While Ciprani Consulting has deep roots and extensive experience in the real estate industry, today we recruit for businesses across a wide variety of industries.
Yes! We work with companies and candidates across all 50 states and throughout Canada, recruiting for onsite, hybrid, and remote positions.
We don't believe recruiting should simply be about finding someone whose résumé matches a job description. We look at experience, skills, motivation, behavioral patterns, culture alignment, career goals, and long-term potential.
We also come from the small-business and entrepreneurial world ourselves. We understand that one great hire can transform a growing company — and one wrong hire can be incredibly expensive.
Our recruiting process is simple, streamlined, and designed to keep you informed every step of the way. We believe communication is critical when you're making an important hire, which is why you'll receive an update from your dedicated Hiring Consultant every week throughout your search.
We begin with an onboarding and intake session with your Hiring Consultant to deeply understand your company, the role, and the person you're looking for. From there, we'll draft an optimized job ad for your review and, once approved, launch the search. Depending on your recruiting package, we'll begin sourcing candidates and/or proactively reaching out to qualified talent.
Our goal is to present 4-6 qualified candidates by week three. When you identify candidates you'd like to move forward with, we'll take them through our Ciprani 360 Assessment, followed by a validation interview and Life Story interview to dig deeper into their experience, motivations, strengths, and overall fit.
Candidates who successfully complete that process move into reference checks. Once everything checks out, we'll help guide you through the offer stage, and you make the final hiring decision.
From onboarding to offer, your Hiring Consultant is there to keep the process moving, communicate progress, provide perspective, and consult with you along the way. You're making the hire, but you're never navigating the hiring process alone.
Yes. Our clients work with a dedicated Hiring Consultant who gets to know the company, role, leadership style, culture, and what success should look like in the position.
We also structure our team differently, on purpose. Our recruiters are not commission-based or paid by percentage or placement. We believe this keeps the focus on making the right hire for your team long-term, not just any hire.
Yes. For full-service recruiting engagements, we help develop and position the job advertisement and manage the candidate attraction process. We don't simply copy and paste a traditional job description onto a job board. We want the opportunity to speak to the kind of person you actually want to attract.
That's where our outbound recruiting and headhunting services can help. Instead of waiting for qualified candidates to apply, we can proactively identify and approach people who may already be successfully employed and aren't actively searching job boards.
Inbound recruiting focuses on attracting and screening candidates who are actively exploring opportunities. Outbound recruiting adds proactive headhunting, targeted talent identification, direct outreach, and follow-up to reach passive candidates who may not be actively looking for a new position. We conduct searches for leadership and high-impact positions where experience, leadership ability, discretion, culture alignment, and strategic thinking are especially important.
Yes. Some searches require discretion, particularly leadership replacements or sensitive organizational changes. We can structure a confidential recruiting strategy when appropriate.
Based on our hiring data, our average search takes approximately 7–10 weeks from launch to hire. While every search is different, this is the timeline we consistently see across the hundreds of hires our team makes each year.
Our process is designed to balance speed with quality. We move with urgency, communicate progress every week, and keep the search moving while still taking the time to thoroughly evaluate candidates before they reach you.
Together, we act as a hiring team! We handle much of the heavy lifting, but we still need your involvement at important decision points. We'll ask you to help us deeply understand the role and provide timely feedback when candidates are presented. Ultimately, you make the final hiring decision.
A thorough hiring process can consume dozens of hours between writing advertisements, reviewing résumés, screening applicants, conducting interviews, coordinating candidates, checking references, and managing follow-up. Our process is designed to take much of that work off your plate so you can stay focused on running your business.
We do the grunt work of the hiring process and cut 70+ hours of the time you’d spend if you hired on your own. You’re the decision-maker while we go to work finding the best and most qualified candidates that apply.
We do have guarantee options depending on the recruiting and consulting services selected. We'll explain the applicable guarantee and terms before your engagement begins so expectations are clear from the start.
Feedback helps us refine the search! We'll dig into what you're responding to — experience, personality, communication style, compensation, leadership ability, culture fit, or something else — and use that information to adjust our recruiting strategy. Our recruiters are focused on you, so you’ll have the space to share your thoughts and figure out what works best for you.
Yes — and that's part of the value of working with us. Sometimes the issue isn't candidate availability. It may be compensation, title, responsibilities, geography, experience requirements, or the number of expectations being placed into one position. We would rather have that conversation with you than spend months searching for a candidate who may not exist at the compensation being offered.
Yes. Compensation is an important part of attracting the right talent. We can provide perspective based on the position, market, experience level, geography, and what we're seeing from candidates during the search.
Absolutely. Our à la carte services can support businesses with candidate screening, structured interviews, reference checks, job advertisement development, and other parts of the hiring process.
Yes. We can help with offer strategy, compensation discussions, positioning, and negotiation. We typically recommend that the actual offer come directly from the employer because that moment is an important part of building the relationship with your future employee.
Hiring is only the beginning. Through our consulting services, we can help businesses create stronger onboarding, expectations, accountability, systems, processes, leadership development, and performance management so a great candidate has the environment needed to become a great employee.
Yes. Sometimes a hiring problem is actually an organizational problem. Through our business consulting services, we work with companies on leadership, systems, accountability, processes, structure, and growth. If we see something during the recruiting process that could prevent the new hire from succeeding, we'll talk to you about it.
Start by scheduling a conversation with our team. We'll learn about your business, the position you're trying to fill, what you've tried previously, your timeline, and what success looks like. From there, we can recommend the recruiting or consulting solution that makes the most sense.

Candidates & Job Seekers
No. Candidates do not pay Ciprani Consulting to apply for the positions we're recruiting for.
Usually, no. Ciprani Consulting is often hired by another company to help identify and evaluate candidates for its open position. Unless the posting specifically says the position is with Ciprani Consulting, you would ultimately be employed by our client.
Our current opportunities are available through the Job Opportunities section of our website. Because we're constantly launching and completing searches, openings change regularly.
Yes. Opportunities change frequently, and a position that fits your experience may become available in the future.
Our team reviews applications against the qualifications and needs of each position. Candidates selected to continue may move through screening questions, phone or video conversations, more in-depth interviews, assessments, client interviews, and reference checks depending on the role.
Because we're trying to understand more than whether you can answer interview questions well. Different stages help us understand your experience, accomplishments, communication style, motivation, career goals, working style, and what type of environment will allow you to perform at your best.
Some of our searches include assessments. When we use them, they are one piece of a much larger evaluation process — not a pass/fail test or the sole reason someone is selected.
It depends on the position, but across searches we value people who demonstrate strong character, accountability, communication, self-awareness, problem-solving ability, and a track record of results. We also look closely at whether the opportunity aligns with what the candidate actually wants from their next career move.
Every position can attract candidates with many different backgrounds. Not being selected doesn't necessarily mean you're not talented. It means another candidate's experience or background may align more closely with the specific requirements of that particular position.
Hiring decisions are based on a combination of experience, demonstrated results, compensation alignment, motivation, communication, culture, role requirements, and the needs of the employer. Sometimes a candidate can be excellent and simply not be the right match for that particular opportunity.
Candidates may be considered for other appropriate searches when their background aligns with what one of our clients is looking for.
Our goal is to create the right match for both the candidate and employer. When we're actively discussing you for a specific opportunity, we want you to understand the company, position, and opportunity you're considering.
When we're representing the employer in a search, we often help both sides communicate clearly around compensation and expectations so everyone understands what is important before a final decision is made.
No. Part of our responsibility to our clients is thoroughly evaluating candidates before recommending them. Only candidates we believe align strongly with the position will advance to the appropriate next stages.
Know your own story. Be prepared to discuss your accomplishments, challenges, career decisions, responsibilities, goals, and what you're looking for next. Specific examples are much more valuable than answers you think an interviewer wants to hear.

About Ciprani Consulting
Ciprani Consulting is a recruiting and business consulting company focused on one thing at the center of every growing business: people. We help organizations recruit great talent and build the systems, leadership, and accountability needed for that talent to succeed.
Ciprani Consulting is headquartered in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, and works with businesses and candidates across the country.
Our mission is to CREATE opportunity for talent: Consult, Recruit, Empower, Advocate for, Teach, and Employ talent.
We believe businesses change when their people change. The right talent, placed in the right role with the right leadership and systems around them, can transform an organization. Recruiting is often the beginning — developing people and building the organization around them is what creates lasting growth.
Our core values are Heart, Humble, Teamwork, and Stewardship. They influence how we hire internally, how we work with clients and candidates, and the type of company we're continually working to build.
Skills matter, but skills alone don't determine whether someone will succeed. We've seen highly qualified people fail in environments that weren't right for them and less-obvious candidates become superstars when their strengths, motivations, leadership, and role aligned. That's why we look beyond the résumé.
Yes. In addition to full-service recruiting, we offer business consulting and à la carte hiring services including candidate screening, interviewing, reference checking, and job advertisement support.
Recruiting great people is only one part of building a great business. Our business consulting services help entrepreneurs and leadership teams create the structure, systems, accountability, and leadership needed to scale successfully.
We work alongside businesses to identify gaps, clarify roles and responsibilities, establish measurable goals and KPIs, improve communication and accountability, strengthen leadership, build processes and systems, and develop the people already on the team.
Our team makes approximately 200–230 hires every year and has successfully completed more than 1,000 hires in the past five years alone. That volume gives us something that's difficult to replicate: experience seeing what works, what doesn't, what great talent looks like, and where hiring decisions can go wrong.
We've built and refined our process through thousands of interviews, candidate conversations, assessments, reference checks, offers, and ultimately, hires.
If you are asking yourself this question, we are likely going to work well together! Consider these for yourself and your business:
- Is making the right hire one of the most important things your business needs to accomplish right now?
- Are you open to seeing great talent, even if their background doesn't look exactly like what you originally pictured?
- Are you curious enough to meet someone who may bring something different or better than you expected?
- Are you willing to move when the right person is in front of you?
- Are you open to feedback and guidance about the role, compensation, market, or hiring strategy?
- Do you want a partner who will consult with you throughout the process, not simply send you résumés?
If the answer is yes, we're probably a great fit. You don't have to have the hiring process figured out; that's what we're here for. You just need to be committed to finding the right person and open to the process of finding them.
Explore our recruiting and consulting services, review our current job opportunities, or schedule a conversation with our team. Whether you're looking for the right person or looking to become the right person for a great company, we'd love to learn more about what you're trying to accomplish.
