  • OTE: $90,000–$100,000 (based on performance)

Responsibilities

  • Coach agents on lead conversion and follow‑up
  • Track daily and weekly sales activity
  • Run weekly accountability and pipeline meetings
  • Improve consistency in agent performance
  • Support scripts, role play, and sales skills
  • Reinforce standards and execution across the office

Compensation
