Responsibilities
- Coach agents on lead conversion and follow‑up
- Track daily and weekly sales activity
- Run weekly accountability and pipeline meetings
- Improve consistency in agent performance
- Support scripts, role play, and sales skills
- Reinforce standards and execution across the office

Compensation
$90,000 – $100,000 On Target Earnings based on performance
